The name is taken inaccurately from the language Urdu. I found that the name Araysh has the meaning of "overshadower" but couldn't find the precise trace-back. Saiya means shadow or shade. I probably butchered the language so apologies to whoever felt offended. There will be some explanations about the entry in the book later though, so it'll be somewhat plot-relevant. Have a nice day!
