ETVOLARE’S RETURN OF THE SWALLOW ART CONTEST
Hello! Welcome to etvolare’s Return of the Swallow Art Contest! We’ll keep this nice and short, so that you can focus on drawing!

This art contest will have two sections.
1 The illustration/scenery section.
For this, you can draw just about anything you want, as long as it relates to ROS. Have a favorite location? A favorite scene? Immortalize it in your own artwork!
2 The character section.
Draw any character from ROS. It can be an ode to your favorite character, a smiting of your most hated. Put forth your best rendition of ROS's characters!

Submissions
Each artist can submit one piece of artwork for each section.
Submissions will be judged and ranked by etvolare and the MoonQuill staff.
Community Prize!
There will also be a community vote for each portion for the contest, and the highest-voted submission in each portion of the contest that does not win one of the prizes listed above from the staff vote will win $25.
