Haha, Millie was one of my favorite characters that I've made in the story. If you pay close attention she is an actually foil to Mark by different Circumstances.
The team is actually surprised they found a scientist who is not afraid of the dangers in that situation and is not afraid to speak her mind.
Skip and Millie met years back before he joined the Inface Company, it was their relationship that smooth things over before it got worse.
